Volunteers
must be VIRTUS trained. The areas in which volunteers are needed are:
Admissions
– Collect spectator admission fees and sell tournament booklets (table in front lobby)
Raffle Basket Tickets and T-shirts
– Sell raffle tickets for Raffle Baskets (drawings are at the end of the month when the tournament ends) and sell tournament
t-shirts (table in front lobby)
Security and 50/50 Raffle Coordination – Walk the main hall, lobby, and stage to ensure
spectators are where they should be. Be the adult coordinator for the students who sell the 50/50 raffles at each game.
Cleanup – Help clean up the
gym, lobby, and kitchen at the end of the night.
